You need to learn how to see the way an artist sees and you will be able to draw anything. Get the book, "drawing O the Right Side of the Brain", by Betty Edwards. It will teach you how to see!
Look at one and draw what you see!
check out this download, http://www.topshareware.com/ABC-Drawing-School-IV-Vehicles-download-18984.htm You could also check out a book from the library called How to draw 50 cars, trucks and motorcycles by Lee Ames.
Good luck!
Most of these "How do you draw a _____" questions should be answered with "You do not need to learn to draw a specific thing, you need to learn how to draw anything." The principles are always the same.
So okay, then—how do we draw a motorcycle? It’s best to have a visual reference (a motorcycle or picture of one). Break it down on paper into its basic geometric shapes first (hint, your motorcycle will have two CIRCLES) to get the correct proportions. Then into light and dark, to give form to the shapes. Work from general to specific. Meaning the shine on the chrome and the reflection on the biker’s helmet come last, not first.
Motorcycles are my favorite hobby as an enthusiast, and I’m glad I landed on a page which tells me everything I need to know regarding motorcycles.
The new electric powered ducatis look amazing.
I will share your blog with other riders, thanks.
