how do i go around getting my dream job?

Author: i have always wanted to be a designer or engineer, but recently i have decided that i want to go into car designs as a young boy i wouldalways draw cars and have a natural gift in design technology and i enjoy it. i have decided that i would love a job designing cars for aston martin or porsche but don’t know how to go about getting it. im in my first year of college and hope to take a design course at university. can any one help me out?
