what software to use with pen tablet to draw?

I wanna draw cars, and the only thing i know to do is google sketch up but that isnt working out.
Any free software? My pen tablet is just sitting there bc i dont know what to do…

Any software that supports a mouse will support a drawing tablet. But, not all drawing software will support the tablet’s pressure sensitivity feature.
